Who we are — Garden Press USA

Common questions

What do I need to send before a job starts?

The final master of the recording, the format you want the copies in and the quantity. All three are confirmed in writing before anything is reproduced.

Can you handle the quantity I have in mind?

Tell us how many copies you need and what they are for, and we say plainly whether the job fits what we do and how long it takes.

Do I need the rights to the recording?

Yes. A reproduction job is only agreed for material the client is entitled to copy, so we ask about it before quoting.

How we work

Step 01

Listening to the brief

Say what the recording is and where it will be played, and we come back with the format, the quantity and the wait.

Step 02

Straight advice on format

If a simpler format does the job for your use, that is the one we suggest, even when it costs you less.

Step 03

The order in writing

Format, quantity and delivery date stay written against the job, so a repeat order comes out exactly the same.

Step 04

Questions answered first

Doubts about the master, the format or the timing are settled before the job starts, not when the copies arrive.

Step 05

Close to the job

We are based in South Yarra, Australia, and a message reaches the people who actually handle the job.
